The staff was so helpful and friendly

Unfortunately the power was off because of high winds so all food services for the evening were canceled. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable but we had a jacuzzi right next to the bed which was unexpected. It had a bit of a musty smell. The staff were outstanding though, very pleasant. Obviously the power situation was out of their control but it did come back on and our room was comfortable.

Generally a great experience. It would have been better with two changes: 1. Hot water right away. I realize that "on demand" hot is costly and, in older buildings, difficult. But letting the water run 5-10 minutes not to be cold or lukewarm would be welcome. 2. A slightly better-equipped bathroom. There was only a narrow vanity to hold toiletries, and there was no tissue (Kleenex) in the room.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Would’ve loved a drinking water dispenser closer to the room. Overall good stay.

Room unbearably hot when I arrived - too cold when I woke up in the morning - hard to understand radiator. Couldn’t understand TV - just wanted a US or Canadian news program - couldn’t find one. Staff was quite nice.
